Perspective Plan (July 2018 - June 2023)

Introduction : The perspective plan for the period of five years commencing from academic year 2019-2020 to academic year 2023-2024 has been prepared by the college, taking into consideration the quality indicators of seven criteria determined by NAAC. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college has taken initiative in preparation of the perspective plan. The inputs from all the stakeholders and their expectations management policies and goals and objectives of the college helped to develop a base for the formulation of the perspective plan. The IQAC plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the institution and suggesting quality measures. Feedback from all the stakeholders and the recommendations of the IQAC are taken into consideration and innovations are incorporated in to the perspective plan. Student feedback mechanism, self appraisal (Performance Based Appraisal System(PBAS))by faculty members, academic calendar, annual report of the departments in NAAC format, encouragement to teachers for research activity are some of the measures taken. Strategic of enhancement and sustenance are as priorities.The draft of perspective plan has been discussed, reviewed and approved by the IQAC and the Governing Body of college. It is our sincere efforts to prepare the framework of collective effort directed towards the attainment of (Academic Excellence) our goals and objectives and keep our self ahead of the contemporaries.

Criterion I Curricular Aspect

Criterion II Teaching Learning and Evaluation

For parameter no.3 every subject teacher should assess student on a scale of 1 to 10.           
*Based on the above parameter a report would be prepared for whole class for total 100%.           
*The student securing marks below 40% would be identified as a slow learner and the student securing marks above 70% would be identified as an advanced learner.           
*Thereafter, a separate list would be prepared for both types of learners for further monitoring and conducting of problem solving session/revisions session for them.
(b) Conducting activities for slow learners
(i)Provisions should be made in the college time table by adding extra one hour to conduct problem solving sessions/revisions/extra sessions. (ii)Make up classes and practical sessions should be conducted for the students to complete the syllabus within time.
(iii)Personal attention should be provided by respective teachers in teaching.
(iv)Assignments and solving university question papers of previous years. 
(v) Counseling  with emphasis on special hints and Techniques.
(c) Conducting activities for Advanced learners   
(i)Advanced assignments or test to advanced learners.
(d) Preparation of Performance improvement report of the slow learner

The highlights of Criterion-V are to provide necessary assistance to students, to enable them to acquire meaningful experiences for learning at the campus and to facilitate their holistic development and progression. It also looks into student performance and alumni profiles and the progression of students to higher education and gainful employment.
